Goods ordered from www.BeUnique.eu online store are delivered to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

You can choose how to receive goods ordered from www.BeUnique.eu between the following options:
1. Parcel machine service
2. Post office service
3. Door to door courier

1. Parcel machine service

We deliver to Omniva, Itella and DPD parcel machines. Convenient, fast and 100% weatherproof. Delivery to a parcel machine in Estonia is €2.15 - €2.99, in Latvia and Lithuania it is €2.50 - €2.99 and in Finland it is €7.99. Itella and Omniva parcel machines are located all around in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland, and with this delivery option you can choose the most suitable parcel machine location for yourself. 

Receiving the parcel

The parcel arrives at the destination parcel machine between 1 to 3 working days after being despatched from BeUnique warehouse. The parcel can be collected from the parcel machine within 7 days after receiving an SMS notice. Orders made on Friday after 3 p.m, on Sunday or on national holidays will be shipped on the next working day. Maximum delivery time is 7 days. 

2. Post office service

We deliver parcels to Omniva post offices in Estonia. Delivery to post office is €3.39. Parcel delivery to the post office. Omniva offers a convinient and customer friendly parcel delivery solution - instead of a parcel machine a parcel can be sent to a suitable post office. The post office does not have to be the recipient's place of residence post office.

Receiving the parcel

The parcel arrives to the destination post office between 1 to 3 working days after being dispatched from BeUnique warehouse. After the parcel arrives at the post office, a notification is sent to the customer's mobile phone and/or e-mail. Second notification will be sent after 5 days. The parcel will be held in post office for 15 days. Maximum delivery time is 7 days.

3. Door to door courier

We deliver parcels with DPD, Omniva and Itella couriers. It is for customers who value convenience and simplicity.

Delivery by courier is €5.

Do you want to receive your parcel without leaving home? Courier will bring parcels to you presumably over the next day. Orders made on Friday after 3 p.m, on Saturday, on Sunday or on national holidays will be delivered on the following 2nd working day.

Receiving the parcel

Parcel will be delivered to the location chosen by the recipient. It does not matter, whether you have it delivered to home or work!  You can also choose the time period when the parcel will be handed over. On the morning of the delivery day you will receive an SMS notification with an exact delivery time. The courier will call the customer 15 minutes before the delivery. Maximum delivery time is 7 days.

According to the customer's wish the parcel can be relocated to a suitable parcel machine without any extra fees.
